The way out of crisis, challenge, turmoil, or indecision is to go within. Pause, breathe slowly and deeply, become still and silent, and listen to your inner knowing. You have all the answers you need within you. You were born with all the resources you need in life.
As long as you keep breathing, there is always hope. You have the power to grow your outcomes. Be mindful of the ‘thought seeds’ you plant. The seed of knowing and hope is within you.
