Artist’s Statement:
I started this body of work just before the current war in Ukraine. It brought up a lot of emotions in me and questions of who am I, where do I fit in. Am I Ukrainian, Italian, German, Australian? And through this exploration I was able to come to a place of acceptance and peace with who I am.
