The way out of crisis, challenge, turmoil, indecision is to go within. Pause, breathe slowly & deeply, become still and silent and listen to your inner knowing. You have all the answers you need within you. You were born with all the resources you need in life. As long as you keep breathing, there is always hope. You have the power to grow your outcomes. Be mindful of the ‘thought seeds’ you plant. The seed of Knowing & Hope is within you.

ARTIST’S STATEMENT:
A playful, colourful spiritual master is shown controlling water and fire, yet he is just a puppet guided by a modern man. The subject is the famous actor Leo Luo Yunxi, depicted dressed for a Wuxia role (martial arts hero) and also in his normal attire. It represents how we as mere mortals can still cultivate our own character as something wonderful. We have the freedom and potential to show up to ourselves, and to others, as powerful and graceful heroes.
