Morning Meditation

As Melbourne goes back into lock-down, man of us are feeling trapped in our homes and cut out from the outside world. Our inability to complete our usual daily tasks such as going to work, visiting friends or going to the gym can cause us to feel disconnected from our friends and family, and cause us to feel lost.

Calm in the City is a initiative to help Melbournians to find a sense of peace and stillness within this pandemic, and help us to regain our own strength.

Join Calm in the City for a short morning meditation during this second lock-down. This initiative of short 5 min positive and empowering commentaries will run from the 9th to the 20th August the entire 6 weeks of lockdown.

This is a wonderful journey to experience, and we encourage you all to join in.
